Chat Overview
Multi-platform chat with AI agents, multiple conversations, and rich messaging -- WhatsApp, Messenger, Slack, Discord, Telegram, Teams, Google Chat, GitHub, and Linear
The chat sidebar is your central communication hub, powered by the Chat SDK for multi-platform messaging. It appears on the left side of the Home page and stays accessible while you work with the calendar or other features.
Multi-Platform Messaging
Customer-facing messaging is powered by the Chat SDK, a unified adapter layer supporting 9 platforms: WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Slack, Discord, Telegram, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, GitHub, and Linear. WhatsApp Business API is the primary and most feature-complete integration, but all platforms share the same AI pipeline, conversation history, and scheduling tools.
When a contact sends a message on any connected platform, it arrives in the chat sidebar in real time via WebSocket. Your replies are delivered back through the originating platform. This multi-platform integration means the chat sidebar is the unified interface for managing live conversations across all your messaging channels.
See Integrations for a full breakdown of all supported platforms, message flow, and architecture.
