WhatsApp Configuration
Manage AI tools for the WhatsApp integration -- enable or disable capabilities, set approval requirements, and organize by category.
The WhatsApp section controls which AI tools are available when the AI Assistant interacts with contacts through WhatsApp, and which tools the System Agent can use for internal calendar management. You find it in the Configuration page.
WhatsApp is the primary messaging integration for Event Manager. All customer-facing conversations, AI-powered replies, and appointment notifications flow through the WhatsApp Business API. See Integrations for the full integration overview.
Tool Management
Each tool represents a capability that an AI agent can invoke during conversations. You see a list of all registered tools with toggle switches to enable or disable them individually.
When a tool is disabled, the corresponding agent cannot call it even if the conversation context would normally trigger it. This gives you fine-grained control over which automated actions are permitted.
