Notifications Configuration
Configure event reminders, cancellation alerts, and the timezone used for notification delivery.
The Notifications section controls how and when the application sends automated notifications to contacts. You find it in the Configuration page.
Notification Preferences
The notification preferences form a single composite object with three settings. When the entire object is null, the system uses built-in defaults.
Reminders Toggle
You enable or disable automated event reminders. When enabled, the system sends reminder messages to contacts before their scheduled events. The reminder job runs daily at 7 PM (server timezone) and processes events for the following day.
When you disable reminders, no automated pre-event messages are sent. Contacts still receive confirmations at the time of booking.
Cancellation Alerts
You toggle whether the system sends notifications when an event is cancelled. When enabled, contacts receive a message informing them that their scheduled event has been removed or rescheduled.
