Conversations
Creating, pinning, renaming, archiving, and managing chat conversations
Each conversation in Event Manager is tied to a contact phone number. You select and manage conversations through the combobox at the top of the chat sidebar.
Selecting a Conversation
Use the conversation dropdown to pick a contact. The selector shows contacts sorted by most recent activity, with display names and formatted phone numbers. You can also press Ctrl+K to open a search dialog that filters contacts by name or phone number.
Arrow buttons on either side of the selector let you step through conversations in chronological order -- left for older, right for more recent.
Creating a Conversation
To start a new conversation, select a contact from the phone selector who does not yet have message history. The chat area clears to an empty state, and you can begin typing your first message.
