Dashboard
Analytics dashboard with four tabs, interactive charts, and real-time metrics
The Dashboard page gives you a centralized view of your event and messaging activity. You access it by navigating to /dashboard from the header dock.
Tabs
The dashboard is organized into four tabs, each focused on a different aspect of your data:
- Overview -- KPI cards, daily trends, and operation metrics
- Trends -- Weekly activity, user segments, type distribution, and conversion funnel
- Messages -- Message heatmap, word frequency, word cloud, and response time analysis
- Insights -- AI-powered conversation analysis, sentiment scoring, and recommendations
You can cycle between tabs using Ctrl + ↑ / ↓ keyboard shortcuts or by clicking the tab headers. The active tab defaults to Overview on first load. See the Keyboard Shortcuts reference for more.
Date Range Selection
A date range picker in the dashboard header lets you control the time window for all analytics. The default range is the last 30 days. When you change the range, every chart and KPI card across all four tabs updates to reflect the selected period. Previous-period comparisons (used for trend arrows) are computed automatically from the equivalent preceding window.
