Overview Tab
KPI cards, daily trends, and operation metrics at a glance
The Overview tab is the default view when you open the dashboard. It provides a high-level summary of your event and messaging activity through KPI cards, trend charts, and operation metrics.
Key Metrics
KPI Cards
A grid of animated cards appears at the top of the tab. Each card displays a metric value, a change indicator, and a percentage shift compared to the previous period. The cards cover:
- Total Events -- the number of events created in the selected date range
- Conversion Rate -- the ratio of conversations that resulted in a booked event
- Average Response Time -- the mean time between a user message and the assistant reply, shown in minutes or seconds depending on magnitude
- Message Volume -- the total number of messages exchanged across all conversations
Cards animate in with a staggered fade and slide-up effect. Each card delays its entrance by 50 milliseconds relative to the previous one, creating a cascading reveal.
