Vacation Tab
Record vacation date ranges that block scheduling and manage your time-off periods.
The Vacation tab lets you define periods when you are unavailable. You find it in the Settings Dock popover on the Calendar page only.
Availability: This tab is shown only on the Calendar page. It does not appear on the Documents or Dashboard pages.
Adding a Vacation Period
You click the "Add Vacation" button to create a new period. Each period starts with placeholder dates that you then set by recording from the calendar.
Recording Dates
Each vacation period has a start date and an end date. You set each date by clicking the record button (a red circle icon) next to the date field. While recording, the field highlights with a red border and a pulsing "Recording" label. You then click a date on the calendar to capture it.
You stop recording by clicking the record button again or by closing the settings popover. If you close the popover while recording, the recording state resets automatically.
